Arroyo’s New Do

Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is sporting a fabulous new hairdo. According to reports, she really turned heads at the Congress the day she changed her hairstyle.  Maybe if only she decided to change her hairstyle when she was still a president maybe her approval rating wouldn’t be so low.
