A Patio for Our New House

In just a few month’s time we hope that we can start the renovation of our house. I thought it would take years but thank God my father-in-law offered to shell out some money so we can start this year. We were really nervous when we decided to move here.  During the past flood it was flooded up to the thigh. So I know another flood would meant we would be saying goodbye to our furniture.

As my husband and I were looking at different house plans I can’t help but remark how I wish we would have a front yard where we could relax during a busy week. In the house where I grew up we had a patio with a hanamint patio furniture to boot. Hanamint furniture is perfect for the outdoors because it is water proof. You could leave it outside all year round and it would still maintain its quality condition.  I remember during my eight birthday my grandmother threw me a small party. I invited a few friends and we all sit in our outdoor patio furniture.  My grandma served us cakes and ice cream and it was one of those days when I felt I was a princess.
