California Maki at Tokyo Tokyo

We dropped by Tokyo Tokyo last week. It was our favorite fast food until the time they decided to change their tonkatsu sauce. But we found out that they have finally put the original sauce back in their menu. That was a good business decision they made right there because it was one of the reasons why we kept coming back there.

For our visit, I decided to try their California maki. It was the first time I tried eating this. So what’s my verdict. I’m afraid it was not for me. Maybe it was the wasabi that turned me off. Next time I’ll make sure to scape off all the wasabi. Or better yet, I’ll just eat mango with rice that surely tastes much much better!
